Fulfillment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Feminine Keys Coaching, LLC, we value transparency, integrity, and your personal growth. Below you’ll find the fulfillment, refund, and cancellation policies that apply to our coaching programs, intensives, digital products, and live workshops.

🧾 Fulfillment Policy

1:1 Coaching & Intensives
Upon purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with access instructions and next steps. Coaching calls are scheduled directly through our booking system, and Telegram access begins the day of your first session.

Workshops & Challenges
Live workshops and group challenges are delivered via Zoom. You’ll receive access details and call links via email at least 24 hours prior to the event. Replays are typically available within 48 business hours after each live session.

Digital Resources
Workbooks, trainings, and bonus content are delivered immediately or within 24 hours of purchase, depending on the product. Access links are sent to the email you used at checkout.

💸 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final.
This includes 1:1 coaching, intensives, workshops, and digital downloads. We do not offer refunds once access has been granted or a session has begun.

We encourage you to read each offer carefully before purchasing and reach out with questions if you need clarity before committing.

🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Coaching Calls
Clients may reschedule a 1:1 session with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at our discretion.

Workshops & Intensives
If you are unable to attend a live workshop or intensive you’ve registered for, you’ll still receive access to the replay and any materials provided. Live attendance is not required for replay access.
